Having confirmed the recruitment brief and agreed working terms of contract, FirstPoint Personnel will immediately set about identifying the appropriate candidate to join your organisation. This process will culminate in the provision of an initial candidate shortlist and may utilise a number of recruitment practices, including, headhunting, database screening, advertising and social media networking as appropriate.


We will interview the short listed candidates, and liaise with you throughout the process.
We take great care to manage the process from start to finish, ensuring you get the best possible result.
Having secured your chosen candidate we will continue to oversee and manage communications with them.
